Andrea is the founder of Our Hearts Matter, LLC—a heart-centered CPR education business rooted in community care, service, and awareness. She is authorized to teach American Heart Association courses and currently serves as Training Center Faculty, mentoring and supporting instructors in their professional growth.

Her work goes far beyond certifications. It's about raising heart health awareness, building confidence, and making CPR education accessible to all—especially those with unique learning needs. With every class, Andrea lives out her mission: to empower her community with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to save lives.

Sheretta Joseph is a certified CPR/BLS Instructor with over 20 years of experience in healthcare and community service. She became an instructor out of a deep belief that knowing how to save a life is one of the most powerful tools a person can possess. After witnessing several emergency situations where bystanders felt helpless, Sheretta made it her mission to become part of the solution—empowering others with the skills and confidence to act during critical moments.

Her training approach is rooted in compassion and preparedness, with a focus on creating a ripple effect that extends throughout families, schools, and communities. Whether teaching parents, teachers, coaches, or caregivers, Sheretta’s goal is to equip everyday individuals with essential life-saving skills. Her classes are designed to be not only informative, but also engaging and memorable—ensuring that every student walks away feeling confident and ready to respond when it matters most.

 With more than 18 years of nursing experience, Anide Napaul has built a career rooted in compassion, leadership, and education. As a dedicated Director of Nursing, she leads with empathy and purpose—mentoring new healthcare professionals and fostering a supportive environment for growth and development.

Anide’s passion for teaching inspired her to launch her own training business, where she provides high-quality instruction for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) programs and CPR certification. Her mission is to empower the next generation of caregivers with the skills, confidence, and heart needed to thrive in healthcare. For Anide, there is no greater reward than sharing her knowledge and watching others succeed in their professional journeys.
